Ana’s story is a collection of bits and pieces of her life. Her parents had died of AIDS when she was very young. She barely remembers her mother. At the age of ten she found out that she was living with HIV. Living with her strict grandmother, she is told to keep her HIV status a secret.

Professor Carlos Silveira, an artist educator and social activist, wants to bring a sense of joy to impoverished children in Cambodia who are affected by HIV/AIDS. He has recruited 27 American university students to join him as part of a pilot program in using drawing and painting to help these children express their wishes and desires for their futures. |

Chinese roll up for condom fashion show

Condoms of all shapes and sizes were on display at a Beijing fashion show yesterday featuring dresses, hats and even lollipops made of the said item. Models fought through extravagant soap bubble special effects to show off tight-fitting wedding gowns, scaly-looking evening dresses, outrageous bikinis and other garments made entirely of condoms, inflated or otherwise.
