Dr. David Cooper is head of the National Centre in HIV Epidemiology and Clinical Research at Sydney’s University of New South Wales, Dr. Cooper has worked with HIV/AIDS doctors and researchers around the world, but perhaps nowhere as closely as in Asia.

Shukria Gul was found HIV positive in 1995. Since then she has been working with the People Living with HIV (PLWH) in Pakistan. Thirty five year old Shukria Gul is currently the general secretary of Pak plus Society, which is working very closely with the PLWH.

Dr. Jintanat Ananworanich has been a clinical trials physician and pediatrician at the HIV Netherlands Australia Thailand Research Collaboration (HIV-NAT) since 2000. She speaks and lectures internationally about HIV/AIDS, and her research has been published in leading medical journals such as The Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, The Lancet, and Pediatric Infectious Diseases.

He has helped in setting up AIDS care centers, ART treatment centers, besides conducting awareness and sensitization programmes He is the Asia Pacific Bureau Chief of AIDS Healthcare Foundation based in India.
